To add to what was said before:

This divining rod has a patent application pending.
But no patent yet. If the patent is not awarded, even if the story about the instrument is true, it still will mean nothing for this company and stock.

If they do get a patent, that may mean something, if the hyped up story has a kernel of truth to it.
