Why schedule a meeting on December 21st? "Such a time" is that which many are not watching their investments closely. Good time to slip something by the shareholders i.e. authorizing convertible preferred shares. Just an alternate theory..... I am hoping your theory is correct in this case, a Christmas present. By the way, what ever happened to the free phone cards? Anyone ever receive one? Still waiting to cast my vote, give me a reason to vote yes.
