The following site has a summary of all the class action suits against KTEL.

Won't this someday be a big problem for them along with their increasing competition and not so great fundamentals.

I am short and I understand that the small float makes this dangerous however IMO, over time this will come crashing down small float or not.

Comments from anyone appreciated.
