Your opinion of Bre-X being speculative at this time is certainly going to be in the minority. They don't put speculative stocks in the TSE 300 list. Risk there is just as with any other stock out there right now. The risk however is all sovereign risk related to the Indo gov't and some greedy past owners trying to sue some greenmail money and most savvy investors believe this risk is overblown. Hell the price of gold could go down to $300 and it wouldn't affect this play that much. This is not a get rich stock any longer and I for one consider this a good play if I can invest at present levels and get $28.00 in the near term with little long term downside.
