"AMD now is going to add a low-k dielectric in ADDITION to the copper" Anyone who knows what they are talking about, please explain the benefits of low-k dielectric whatever and how it augments the copper process. Is Paul right? Maybe the low-k dielectric whatever is AMD's way of planning for the future?
