JR: By Wednesday people will focus on the Senate and realize that there will be insufficient votes for action. This will remove a huge uncertainty. Then both parties will claim victory, a great win-win situation. Yes, I use NewHigh/(NewHigh + NewLow) as an indicator for market direction. The January effect should begin soon. Julius
