To IPM Shareholders: To me, if the Maxam+IPM merger goes thru,
then in my opinion this will result in current ipmcf shares to be converted
into Maxam's mxam stock, at a set ratio. I'am not in the loop, and I
do not have a need to know, and with my trust in those in the making
of this activity, my wondering and curiosity is easy to put on ice
and wait, knowing that without this event happening, the debt of IPM
far exceeded any left over IPM stuff, so ipmcf shareholders get zero.

I brought IPM ipmcf stock for the first time 10 months ago, and have
been an SI member for 9 months now, and it seems like 9 years.

Those that brought into IPM years ago, I can only imagine that it might
feel so long ago, that maby its memory of a life prior to the present.

I have a suggestion, and I have made this months ago when the
pledge getting activity was started. Those that put in a lot
of their personal time, have also spend their own money to get
this activity to the present point of the merger events.

I did suggest that they log the hours spend, and if their work
results in the shareholders claiming a value more than the zero
expected for the value of their shares, that not so much a collect,
but each shareholder, in private, like a secret vote, with no list
published, contact those that put in time and money, and send a
check of an amount decided completely by the sender.

A simple method, which I would like to see, is for each shareholder
to send one dollar to Chuca [Marsh], and after the mailman stops with
letters, then Chuca, who knows whos they are, will collect from each
their input stating their each time, money and importance.

If the amount received by Chuca is too much, then to me its ok
if someone gets more out than put in, since they could have
lost all put in if their work did not get results.

One dollar + envelope + stamp = US $1.37

Medium cappatino at Starbucks.

I have not passed these thoughts by Chuca, so hopefully he don't
get mad at me for using him as the collector.
