I don't post often but here's my 2 cents...

Perjury is lying under oath. The subject matter is not material. Lying under oath about how much coffee you drank this morning, or what time you went to bed is not material... only the fact that you lied under oath... which by definition is PERJURY... so says the SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES! When you sear to tell the truth and you DON'T, and it is permitted because it is a SMALL LIE then we have the problem of who will decide if it is a small lie (which is ok) and a big lie (which is not)? Where, and whom shall draw the line? And as far as the SEX part that you brought up, Clinton says this was not sex! And just for food for thought... if when Monica was giving Clinton his HUMMMM job and this was not sex... then what is it called when homosexuals get get together... petting, reading a book, or just having oral conversation. Please give me a break!
