It is my understanding that purjury relates to lies that are germain to the issue at hand. For instance. If someone were to ask The president what color tie (bad example) he wore. If her said green, and it was red, and the nature/substance of the question was not the main issue, then that does not constitute perjury. Best of luck to the long ones.... David
