COSFF.. could have to do with impending earnings coming up.. I noticed that sometimes in stocks like that more activity before a report can mean people close to the stock might know something.. Actually that happened for me in REMC and ADIC.. although they are 'bigger' stocks I was unsure until I saw lots of activity around both stocks a few days before earnings.. and sure enough both of them did very well after the report...
