Richard, you said The subject matter is not material. WRONG!!! Read the Federal code. It specifies materiality. Title 18 USC section 1621 specifies "any material matter". According to today's NY Times a panel of prosecutors of both political parties polled on this issue said they would not bring perjury charges. TTFN, CTC
