DJ,

Here is the latest press release from TCBG:

Children's Beverage in marketing pact

NORTHBROOK, Ill., Dec 4 (Reuters) - Children's Beverage Group Inc. said Friday it signed an exclusive agreement with packaging and logistics firm The Power Group to market Children's stand-up drink pouch to leading food and drink makers.

In a statement, Children's said the agreement will help it expand into the branded side of the drink business. Power Group's clients include Pepsi, Ocean Spray, Coca-Cola and Tropicana, Children's said.

''The response to our package has been tremendous and with the exposure and market penetration The Power Group will provide, we will increase our business tremendously,'' said Jon Darmstadter, president and chief executive officer.

A Children's spokesman said the company plans to give more details about the agreement once it receives orders for its drink pouches.

I put the Pepsi in bold for you in the press release.

I don't know if they have actually signed a deal yet with Pepsi but according to another press release it stated that Pepsi as well as 33 other companies that are clients of The Power Group will be using TCBG's pouch.

As to seeing TCBG's product on the shelves, I would wait until after TCBG puts out the word that they have shipped to Wal-mart and then start checking the Wal-mart super centers some time after that.

Maybe that's when the stock will finally move up and stay up.

Mark
