I had just received the annual report. The AGM is due the last day of this year. Anyone going there to probe what's going on with Sim and Creaf strategies down the road?

From the annual report, Creaf revenue is not growing much but is instead stagnating albeit the inclusion of revenues from the speakers and the graphic line, and the reduction in MMUK. On the whole, Creaf soundcard market share is eroding and the whole industry is going on the cheap.

What further consolidation can we see in the upgrade market? A few dominant players that undercut each other with everday low prices? Consumer like me benefits but not the shareholders.

The year is ending soon and Creaf had probably brought back all they could. BTW, the price had actually run up quite a bit from its low for the year. Maybe whatever further gains will be seen in 1999 and of course the impending Christmas results. As of usual, I see a run up two or three weeks before the result release. Till then, Creaf is meant for a ride up and down with the whims of the whole crappy industry.

Yes you are correct. Bad investor PR too. Creaf has not make any official comment with regards to 3Dfx/STBI merger.
