Frank,

I only want one thing.... You show me where shareholders have recovered anything from SEC intervention... you need an attorney, and you need a shareholders lawsuit against the company and on the bb it is kind of hard to get an attorney to take you on retainer. (because they know their chances to collect is slim to nil.) I have filed two complaints in 2 years.... you know what the SEC said? Nothing, and one of the companies is shut down by the SEC and the SEC has done NOTHING NADA FOR SHAREHOLDERS.

I will copy this post, save it, and reprint it to you in a year and see if we have gotten anywhere with the SEC.
