Interesting. It took them at least 5 months to get around to it, after saying last summer they would do it.

The only other company to sue Asensio is HEB. Asensio has said he will file a countersuit.

As before, I don't think that Asensio is a meaningful issue. To me, the issue is Turbodyne's stock promotion schemes and the low quality underlying company.
