Frank, is there a reason you linked that post of a Chapter 11 company to me? ROTFL
FYI, I am changing my investment habits, leaving undiscovered companies with artificially inflated prices in favor of already discovered companies with truly inflated prices, such as LU and CSCO ;-)

I looked over CAWS's shareholder suit, and found the following interesting item:
31. The wireless digital cable programming that CAI was developing required satellites for the delivery of signals. Because the amount of American satellite space available for this purpose was extremely limited, CAI partnered with certain companies who jointly pursued a strategy to access Canadian satellites orbiting over Canada.

I'm trying to envision a Canadian satellite trying to stay in orbit over Canada. Maybe that was the problem? ROTFL
