Read your proxy v-e-r-y carefully before signing it! <to all, not just Gary> If you sign your proxy over to management, note that it will be voted by Don Cameron or Scott Cameron, who is identified as the company's Secretary. I fully expect a move to censure or remove Scott Cameron from the management of the company. In that case, do you really want Scott Cameron to have any chance to vote your shares at the AGM? I don't.
