Peter, it's amazing the stall tactics you and your attorney will
try to prevent John Zarian from getting the discovery information
he has been requesting for over eight months. All you have done is
told us shareholders that "You can account for every penny that has
come through wwwc" and that you have a audit for the company...If
this is the case, why are you playing this stall tactic as you
have done by now trying to get the case thrown out...The clock is
ticking and you will turn over the discovery information so we can
prove the original allegations set forth in the classaction
lawsuit.The Judge can see the games you are playing. What are you
hiding Peter? Are you afraid of what John Zarian is going to find
once he gets the discovery? You can end this game by following the
Court order and turning over the discovery...By the way, were you
afraid to have a shareholders meeting this year or did you forget!
