Summary of 2 VERY Important posts....VERY exciting times ahead....
These were posted on another board yesterday, They are the results of phone conversations with Gary from ICEMAN and JOEY111.
This is my summary of the detailed posts which are included in full at the end of this post.
Island Gaming has just moved to new larger quarters,
The Casino software is at Island Gaming, waiting to be loaded, Expected to be loaded before the end of the year.
20,000,000 share recall, GLOW has been negotiating and expects to wrap up all details on this before the end of the year.
December has been more profitable because of the number of underdogs which have been winning.
FTET news, would not have been released until finalized, was released because of FTET rep mentioned this prematurly. They had no choice but to confirm the discussions, they are trying to wrap things up. They have been working on this for months.
Software for the Horse Racing is GLOW's. They have multiple versions available.
Software for the Sports Book is GLOW's, They have been updating it recently.
Burnt Church, Glow needs funds to complete this project, they are moving ahead with it because they feel it is a good program.

Please bear with me on this information, Gary just called me back and I tried to write down as
much as I could. Island Gaming moved to a new site this weekend, they were "bursting at the
seams, and needed more room. They started to move on Friday, and went back on Saturday to get
what was left and there was a padlock on the door, the landlord was afraid that they would not get
their rent (which wasn't due until tomorrow), but they did get the padlock off and all their belongings
out of the previous building. Island does have the software, Gary stated he doubts it will be up by
this weekend, I questioned on installation by year end, and he felt this is very possible. He stated
that he feels GLOW is losing $50,000 per month that the Casino is not up. Status of Wolf Key
shares, they have made progress with the attorneys, had a meeting last Wednesday. Status of
Burnt Church, it needs a cash infusion to finalize the completion. The PR was released about the
association with FTET, because of a leak from FTET, and Gary wanted to keep shareholders
aware of the situation( I guess warbucks was wrong about Gary not communicating with
shareholders). I also asked Gary about the software for the horse racing, because the PR never
really stated it was GLOW's, but it is GLOW's, and they have a couple versions of the horse racing
software(good news). The software for the Sports Book is GLOW's and they have been updating it
recently. With the JAVA Bingo, yes they do want to license it to others, but another case of needed
funds to complete any deals. Also with the FTET deal, FTET wants to hold the license to the
software which is not what Gary wants, so they are negotiating this thru the lawyers. What I
remember on the deal with FTET, is that they will operate out of Dominica, and GLOW will be
monitoring the business( this is a little sketchy because it was the end of the conversation and I
couldn't write it all down). I was very happy with the information Gary shared with me and feel that
GLOW is trying very hard to make this work. Hope this helps!

I guess Gary is returning everyones call. I also just hung up with Gary and I am happy to say that he
said much the same as what iceman said. A few additional points:
1. Part of the reason December has been so profitable compared to Sept and Nov. is because the
majority of the underdogs from the major teams ( NY,San Fran,GreenBay,dallas) have won in dec
unlike the other months. The bookies can go long only up to a certain point. He said the Dec
numbers are outstanding.
2. FTET: He really likes their company. Its closely held and nice to deal with. This venture has been
in the works for months. they are doing some internal changes which should help properly structure
FTET's license agreements. Gary was not happy with the announcement leak but was forced to
release the PR. He did say there is a lot of additional opportunity with FTET that he could not
expand on right now.
He is waiting for a LOI to be approved by their attorneys.
3. Burnt on hold until more $ comes in. He still feels like its a good program and will finish it as
soon as revenue starts flowing in.
4. Wolf Key, he expects before year end to reach a settlement. I am guess they will make an offer
to accept 15,000,000 instead of 20,000,000 shares or something like that (imo).
5 The new software will have the ability to take checks online, I would not be surprised to see a PR
about this (my opinion only).
6. Software not loaded before the weekend but it will be done soon after.
Thats all I can remember. He ended saying to hang in there as everything is falling in place nicely.
He is extremely happy with the progress being made and GLOW is receiving a lot of attention
inside the industry. This was the most upbeat I have heard Gary in the last 8 months. I feel we are in
for a great ride with GLOW. Gary really likes what he is dong and honestly believes he will have
GLOW a leader in the Gaming business.
