NASDAQ status: Board of Directors...met Min number of shareholders - 700...met, have several hundred Price above $4 for several weeks...not met yet. I have not checked the requirements (Barbara you probably know them) but it seems the price is not such a big problem since as per Maura, Financial is focusing more on investors at this point, which should translate to higher price.
