Mary, You have the answers to your questions when you answer three other questions: 1. Who pays them for their "research?" 2. What did they predict last year and the year before and would anyone not an industry researcher be hired after making such huge mistakes? 3. Is it huge growth if they sell 12 pcs in Europe instead of 10? Seriously, go back and read the crap these guys were spouting last year. Mikey Dell was saying 20% growth in pc sales for the industry and the researchers couldn't go too low and still get Mikey to pay them. Better a miss that hurts your reputation than losing a customer that pays your bills. MB
