You know, it's easy enough to check the facts, rather than posting half-right guesses. Try any financial news site. Merrill Lynch downgraded BYND from short-term accumulate to neutral this morning. The shares were NOT unlocked Tuesday. They are to be unlocked NEXT Tuesday. FYI, I got the ML downgrade form Yahoo, the unlock information from the Wall Street Journal web site.
