You make good points with the parks roads etc. But how much shall the successful Americans pay to help those who are not successful? It is easy to classify success with the rich as though that is inherently bad. Thus we don't really need to be fair to them. I don't believe the answer is as simple as you put it. I don't pretend to have the answers but open minded dialog [yes even considering Dick Army's views ] is necessary if a real solution is to be found. BTW I am anything but "rich".
