Dear Kevin: A fellow on the AOL TAVA thread claims to have been in contact with SCOTT couple days ago. He gave a very BULLISH report on the conversation. Says things are really humming along, comfortable with earnings forecast for 12/31, backlog continues to build etc etc As to Mangan, said closing now scheduled to occur prior to 12/31 and that Mangan employees even now working on TAVA projects. Price is based upon an average of TAVA stock value so not yet known for sure but Jenkins is maintaining it will be immediately accretive to earnings. JDN
