In fact, I am mad as Hell. The three founders of the company evidently went to Salt Lake City and took over a shell company that they renamed, gave themselves about 600,000 shares of stock and employment contracts. They paid this guy Jackson for technology that seems to have no special marketability. Pumped up the capitalization to 15 million shares. Lots of hype. German stock market listing - big deal. Now they are gone and they still own the stock.The SEC ought to step in. I am getting no feedback to refute my contention this is a scam operation, so I assume that it is.
