No bonds coming out...only possible secondary offering on NASDAQ in a few months...they need growth $$$$ (doesn't everyone!!!) and they will attain that through upfront licensing fees and/or private placement of restricted (rememeber they closed last Reg d, Rule 504 $230k short of target, in order to begin negotiations on a MUCH LARGER DEAL) and/or strong underwriting package and public offering when they move to NASDAQ, and/or Loflin will dump another $300k into the company. Either way, any way, we WIN WIN WIN!!! with a technology like this and a billion baby boomers chewin up this tech stuff You Surf...I am going to the BANK!!! Phatt Jake
