Are WEBS as good or better than single country mutual funds? Other than EWM - Malaysia WEB, the Webs trade very near NAV. Single country Closed End Funds often trade at substantial discounts or premiums to NAV. Most would prefer to buy at discount or avoid premium. Fewer countries are available as open end funds
