I am not suggesting at all that TMMI institute a lawsuit against anyone on internet. I just wanted to bring forward an awareness that there are parties that have been making unsubstanciated and ill advised statements concerning TMMI's status. I think it was of interest that " software " made that comment . In conjunction with silence from TMMI for 3 months now concerning their activities, I see a possible connection. I agree with you that , there is no point of comparison with American Eco lawsuit as I agree with you, that that company illicits and makes available information and in fact TMMI has not. I used the refernce,then, only as a point of illustration on how it is possible that bashers do infact influence a companys' reputation, and further , how it is possible that this has occurred with TMMI and most important , that management could be aware of it .Hence, maybe this is ONE possible reason for silence. Just food for thought.
