My summary of the conference call from yesterday is as follows: 1.10 million shares in the float 2.Business plan over the next to quarters was to get Worldwide Racing up 24 hours a day, get World Lotteries rolling and introduce their virtual version (3D) to their customers. 3.Strong focus to help improve the performance of their licensees as they get ramped up. 4.Looking to create niches such as the Larry Holmes 'Betwiththechamp' 5.Mark estimated a current year EPS of $.10 for the year ending April 30,1999. Which means SNMM need $.09 EPS over the next two quarters. 6.Over 150 callers on the conference call. 7.Mark estimated their annual growth rate will be 100 % for the next 3 - 5 years. 8.SNMM's goal for the share price to be supported by their business model and its results. Emphasis on being the market leader across all of the channels of internet gambling. 9.Mark stated that their internal goal is to establish two licenses per month. 10.Mark and the PR firm will probably be on a road show early 1999. 11.SNMM is not accepting wagering from U.S. and Canada. 12. A reverse split is not being planned. Additional capital will come from the call of the warrents and/or Wall Street banks. Finally there was a prediction that Larry Holmes will whip George Foreman in their January bout. I really like how SNMM is a fully reporting company with a game plan that is understandable and achievable. Mark , I am looking forward to seeing this stock price to go north.
