It seems to me that a drop from $53 per share to $6 per share should be the reaction for the first quarter loss. Remember that the financials were re-stated to account for the games that were being played before Coleman was bought.

Also, the expenses include substantial re-structuring charges for the business ie. closing factories, reducing staff. Operating revenue continues to be positive.

Also, the Coleman business is very profitable (that is why Sunbeam wanted to buy it in the first place).
