I would say it another way.
You have the freedom to walk around naked if you so desire,( in an area where other people feel the same way,(just like here) you are free to imbibe in alcohol to the point you feel you have had enough(just like here) you are free to make pornos, if that is your bag and everyone is consenting(just like here), but you are not free to amliciously open the wounds of people who have gone through unimaginable horrors, or to promote more of the same.
So in effect, you can do things to and for yourself, as long as they are not hurting anyone else, and you can't go around be malicious and evil.
