With the situation in Washington, Clinton's finger may just move and shoot down Iraq. My impression is that if he hits Iraq by tomorrow am, there will not be a vote. It will be postponed. He may think the same and go for Sadam. The thing is that if we hit Iraq now, it may not stop with bombs, but may move for Bagdad.
