From the Bull Market Report - UPGRADES AND DOWNGRADES DEPARTMENT $$$ EDS was upped to a buy by JP Morgan, and Lehman Brothers and Solomon Smith Barney went to outperform. COMMENT: Two pieces of news here: They got a new CEO and Chairman, in Richard Brown and the Street thinks that he can turn things around. And then they look like they are cutting a deal with MCI WorldCom to take over their entire computer operation in a JV type of deal. Great news for both firms. EDS is one of the finest firms in the world and we all know about MCI WorldCom. This is called win-win! *********************************** What a change in outlook!!
