I don't think so. If Iraq is hit, vote will have to be put off, if it is more than a hit, and it progresses (remember that all the congressmen were asking that if Iraq had to be hit, we needed to remove Sadam this time) then the vote will be put till Jan '99 (holidays + war)there will be new congress and then it is a new ballgame.
