You have given an accurate assessment on ETrade. The people at ETrade never accept any responsibility for their shortcomings.Send them an E mail more than one time to complain and you will receive an equal number of responses from different people that are word for word. In other words, they are given pre-worded responses to answer any specific complaint. I assume they don't want their mind-numbed robot employees to make a mistake for which ETrade will be held liable. Same thing on the phone, ETrade assumes no responsibility whatsoever for their incompetence. Maybe they are just becoming to big to handle the volume. I don't care. They have cost me money with their incompetence and that stupid "authorization failed." I hereby give official authorization to anybody who wants to dump them. Please feel free to let everyone know about the availability of any superior service. And now back to S3 and that $.30 EPS. Going up? That's it. Out. Biff
