Yesterday a Mr. C. Cobb IV registered 100,000 shares for sale. Now, I understand Haber, Logan & Conte having stock, as they were in the 10-12 registration of June 1, 1998. But who is Mr. Cobb? Is the Company giving out shares to employees and consultants? The registration statement said the Company had no options or stock purchase plans. Where are these coming from?

BTW, the stock just traded for 13 1/2 cents. Really special!
