I don't think you can use Vietnam against Nixon unless you impeach Kennedy and Johnson too. Nixon was trying to negotiate a withdrawal from Vietnam and repatriation of the POWs all the while the US people were trying to get the US government to go easy on the Viet Cong. The escalation of Vietnam was about as well thought out as Bay of Pigs.

re: selling out the government, the NY Times had an article about the selling out military technology to the Chinese.

re: threatening citizens, Kathleen Willey is testifying to threats made against her for testifying. There were also the cases involving the use of FBI and IRS against the Travel Office employees, and the gathering of FBI files on opponents for the Democratic National Committee's use. The last one is not much different from Nixon's burglars trying to steal dirt on the Democrats from their campaign headquarters.
