Harold S.: Re Asia

Ok, so there is a probability of war in the Gulf. Many on this thread have alluded to just that possibility with oil prices this low. Once again the industrial world has been put on notice that their supply of oil can be very tenuous. I don't cheer it, but I do factor it into my investment decisions. War has been commonplace in the Middle East since the 40's.

Anyway, Asia is most definitely on the mend! I grant you, it is in its early stages but it is happening. The inflection point has passed. You may recall that the US '92 - '93 recession ended when the govt. faced reality and started to close broke banks.

Read these at your leisure and tell me if you agree that the LONG TERM prospects for oil demand are considerably brightening.
