did you not omit the stock options and warrants to the Co.s employees and officers and directors in 1997? and 1996 and 1995 and 94 and 93 IN 96 the warrants were at .125 there are stell 675,000 warrants outstanding at .15 and .20 and at less that meny at .30 to .40...Plus the warrants outstanding to the director who settled the debt of $40,000.00 with the Co....Do you know the Dates, if any of optins or warrants in the years befor 1996? Now I know the Co. to comply with jurisdictional requirements for the state of Delaware, ratify the outstanding options and created the 1996 plan..lAnd to make the point in the year of 1998 the Co. (as it was buying stock for as high as 1.06) REDUCED the exercise price of the options from .40 to .30 per share With the optins exxpiring after 10 years, don't gave me this out of the money bull....
