Cybershop's online stores under the Internet addresses ''www.electronics.net'' and ''www.egift.com'' are the exclusive electronics and gift merchants where customers can use ETRADE's secure transaction-based system to make purchases. ETRADE is a leading financial services provider on the Internet.
