Coram Healthcare's Resource Network Division Enters Into Agreement with Humana, Inc. to Provide Integrated Home Health Care Services

DENVER, Dec. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Coram Healthcare (NYSE: CRH), a leading national provider of alternate site infusion therapies, today announced that its Resource Network subsidiary has entered into an agreement with Humana, Inc.

Under the agreement, the Coram Resource Network will manage a network of providers who will provide Humana's membership throughout Kansas City access to a variety of home health care services. These services include home health nursing, home infusion, respiratory therapies, durable medical equipment and medical supplies, among others.

The agreement will be coordinated and serviced through Coram's Resource Network service center in Houston and will reach patients in metropolitan Kansas City.
