Joe, As far as it being "quiet" around the BB, I am only "quiet" because I am not here! Work is truly keeping me pretty busy these days, that's all. As to the fade we are seeing in our price, this is IMO, simply a combination of a reduction of new buyers coming in ahead of news (since the news is out for now), combined with a few people that in realizing that it might be a few weeks before something else big happens, moving on to play elsewhere. Fundamentally, DCTC is worth a good bit more now AFTER the news release about our alliance with IXC, than it was before the news was out and we were around the $4 range, but there is less anticipation and excitement in this stock at the current time. For those that are long in DCTC and understand what the news means for us and believe that Murphy will deliver on his promises, this pull back is only an unwanted buying opportunity, and that is how I am looking at it. I don't see any reason to believe that we should drop too far this time, given that:

1. As far as I know, there aren't any big blocks of shares to be sold as there were in the last big drop.

2. Since the F series are being handled and because of #1, there is no real incenitive for shorts to try and force us down, other than to just try and cover with cheaper shares.

3. Jan. and news about the Wavetech merger is not that far off!

It sure would be nice if our stocks valuation would track the companies fundamental valuation at all times, but this just is not the case. I still believe however, that with the overhead still apparently off DCTC and our present undervaluation, that overall the trend will be to reflect more of our fundamental value in the stock.

Back to being quiet for a while. (GGG)

James
