When you say free real-time quotes, do you mean OTC quotes as well? Could you tell me where you get them?

Also, could anyone suggest a tax program for 1997, one designed for investors like ourselves, that could keep track of current short-and-long term cap gains and losses? For instance a spreadsheet that would simplify paying quarterly and annual tax payments?
