EARTH TO CGRAHAM.... The power has and always will lay in the hands of the people. That is why I laugh at such a sally when people proclaim "this president did this and that president did that". It's a feeble-minded exercise that those who have the yearning for "one" man or woman to "lead" them constantly indulge themselves in. Give CONGRESS their due. They make the laws and not the President. That is why the concept of a Congress "shutting down the government" is so ridiculously moronic that it doesn't even beg investigation.
