I've been watching Jim on TV CNBC since the summer of '97. I subscribe to TheStreet.com, and visit their chats when I can.

I know Jim is passionate about what he does and I believe in his honesty and integrity with his audience and subscribers. From his columns I've learned that he 'lives' the stock market.... it's in his blood and he's been sharing his knowledge in a lively and engaging way with all of us.

Jim and his team have done much for the individual investor in providing insight to the markets, trading, companies, TA & FA. His commentary and those of his team (Herb Greenberg, Gary Smith, Helen Miesler) have definitely helped me (and I'm sure many individual investors) better understand the workings of Wall Street to make more profitable decisions.

It takes character, courage, and vision to provide the type of engaging market analysis and reporting we get from Jim and company.

I'm glad you're here, Jim! and hope this SEC stuff gets resolved quickly and you are justly vindicated from this nonsense.
