OT Annette, please use OT's on such comments.. "Wag the Dog" sounds catchy, but a review of the facts doesnt support this... Ramadan is coming...it would be a seriously mistake to wait until then (to launch any attack)...To wait (longer than 2 weeks) to attack would be confusing retort to Saddam's recent answer: "I dare you".... Clinton made the decision (he had too)...We should all hope things work out for the best...War (even a limited one) is a terrible (but sometimes necessary) thing. I think Trent Lott is wrong not to support this action...his (non-support) is unprecedented...One could easily argue that he is being "political" as well... Don't worry....you'll get your impeachment "conviction" (whatever the term is) in the House...it will go to the Senate, and go no where......Clinton will not resign......and most of the country...while trying to move on........ will continue to wonder..."What was the use of all of this (dragging out this process)?"
