They increased their sales force by 38% and companies like Parke - Davies needs their infrastructure,,
Do a DD on ASCT ,, past 9 months alone through sales of Feverall their revenue has grown impressively ..
ASCT also have two drugs before the FDA , and if they get it ,, the stock will be worth 20 a share according to our experts..
Now will it not be a logical for company like Parke - Davies,, who already has several joint venture with ASCT ,, take them out ?
My understanding is that they were offered 10 dollars a share ,, but was declined by ASCT and that a negotiation was taking place at this very moment ..
My feeling is with float of 1.5 million ,, ASCT will ask for some where in the 16 region ,, so that after debt ,,officers can take home 8 bucks a share ..
