Party, steady! The use of the word "trailer" does not invite your florid, emotion-laden response: You said: "... I hold a sensitivity for folks who live in mobile homes who constantly are demeaned by the term "trailer." So not only do I view your slur as affecting their social economical status, but I also viewed your language as a continuation of your personal campaign to demean me." There is no slur or demeaning in my words, except that you bring them yourself to the table. Hard hitting language never knocked over a man of character or principle. But ... There was an investor, quite thin, His portfolio, yes, and his skin. Words' meanings he blurred And, once twisted, felt slurred, And demeaned by their force on his chin!
