On December 1st., 1998, I had a discussion with Mr. White of the NYRR Management Team. As two weeks has now passed I felt it prudent to share my opinion/current observation. When I spoke with Mr. White on Dec.1st. it was in my opinion that he indicated that an NYRR update would be issued in approximately the next two weeks! JMO! I have noted that time frame is now upon us-- and I am anticipating to see a progress update from NYRR either via a news /press release or an update at the NYRR Web Site. JMO! During my last discussion with Mr. White he also indicated that Mr. Feygelson would be taking over responsibility of keeping the NYRR Web Site updated. If this NYRR Thread is being followed by NYRR Management ( which in my opinion it is) then please take this message from an NYRR Shareholder that the hunt for an update is in progress. JMO! Looking forward to being informed of the positive developments and the challenges. JMO! An additional point--as I recall during my last discussion with Mr. White he invited anyone interested in NYRR and had any questions/concerns to feel free to contact him by telephone. I have found him to be easily accessable by telephone. JMO! Best Regards, Wayne J.
