Well, I guess I do expect public companies which have information important to their shareholders to reply to it publicly instead of expect it to be posted in a web chat room where not all shareholders may even have access to it. I expect corporate officials who have a legal, fiduciary duty to ALL their shareholder to show that they understand and will follow that duty no matter what the stock price is. I don't believe that the price of the stock or where it is traded has any effect on the duties of officers of public corporations toward their shareholders, and I doubt you will find any such exception in Nevada corporate law.

I understand fully the market risks of low priced OTC stocks and the price swings they are heir to, and am perfectly happy taking on that risk/opportunity. But I DO expect those whom I as company owner am hiring to work for me to follow the law.
